i miss everyone!!!

I forgot to mention something totally awesome. My PFFL and I got our tickets to Metal Mayhem the other day. Rob Zombie and Korn FTW! AND WE'RE IN THE PIT!!!

Absolutely nothing!

At least that's what they're good for when you totally forget that they exist. It's been forever since I logged into this thing. I'm shocked that I still have icons. Sometimes IJ likes to eat them if you don't log in for a while.

So what has Nikki been up to? A hell of a lot. But let's just hit the high points, shall we?

-I had a boyfriend. We broke up. I had another boyfriend. We broke up too. And before that I had a girlfriend. That didn't work out either.
-I took a new job in August of 09.
-I totaled my car. I got a new car. I hated the new car. I traded it in and got back the car that was previously totaled.
-I turned another year older and was sang to by a group of drunken monsters in the middle of a haunted swamp and developed a crush on a zombie. (True story!)
-I moved closer to my new job in November of 09.
-I totally rock at my new job but I hate it.
-I blew up my computer, my external hard drive, and my speakers in the same week. But then I bought a new computer, new speakers, and a sweet ass 20-inch widescreen LCD monitor.
-I found my long lost brother. I am still waiting to meet him in person.
-I got hooked on Dead Like Me.
-I visited New England.
-My stepdad was diagnosed with cancer and was given 6 to 8 weeks to live. This was a few weeks ago, so he still has a while left.
-I stopped dying my hair. I started dying my hair again.
-I got assigned to a new shift at work. I now have to go from closing to being in at 9:30am. Yay! Fun!
-I barely managed to get my taxes filed on time and had to pay in for the third year in a row.
-I got a stupid pm from a stupid girl who is being completely immature and ridiculous and I just don't have the energy to even deal with it.
-I lost my fucking mind. Or wait, that hasn't happened yet, but probably will before it's all over and done with. And my mom added me on Facebook so I can't even vent properly anymore.

Fuck my life. That is all.

My great aunt got tired of fighting cancer and committed suicide yesterday. I don't even know what to think or how to feel about that.

So I <3 The Dark Knight. The only thing I have to say is that it could have used some more Cillian. I <3 Cillian. I want to make his babies. Buuutttt.. it was great in spite of that. Heath is by far the best joker, which is saying something because I love Jack, and Christian is by far the best Batman. Anyone who hasn't seen it should see it. And that is all I am going to say because I don't want to give away any spoilers.

Work today was complete and total hell. I was in a bad mood when I went to work because, well, hell, rp drama has got me down, and then I get there and like... omg. They have us back on the skill-set from hell, again, for an undetermined amount of time and it is just like so lame! I am totally going to go on strike if they don't get this finished soon. All day it was, "Nikki! Sup call!", "Nikki! This guy wants a sup!", "Nikki! Would you please come tell this douche bag the same thing I just told him?". I don't know how much more of it I can handle. I didn't get anything else done today because all day all I did was take freaking escalation calls. I am angry! Hear me roar! But whatever. At least I have a job. And at least the night is turning out to be a little bit better then the day was. And at least I am off tomorrow so I can stay up late tonight and sit on my ass all day tomorrow and roleplay. I guess things could always be worse, like next week when I have to work about eight days straight. UGH!
